In our industry, we focus on enhancing business and social outcomes through the use of cutting-edge technology. We often use success stories and case studies to illustrate the practical application of technology to commerce or industry. However, we rarely embrace failure openly, although it is a common business mantra. Talking publicly about where we have failed may actually help us learn, make better decisions, and avoid making the same mistakes again.

During this evening seminar, we will explore projects that failed and the lessons learned from them. We will also provide tools to analyze failure and create a safe environment for failure in the workplace.
